1- a 45 yrs old non smoker male presented with headache, dizziness and weakness. on examination the spleen was mildly enlarged, CBC showed mild absolute neutrophilia, heamoglobin level 18.7 b/dl and normal platelet count.

a- what is the differential diagnosis of the case ?
b- mention and interpret the lab investigations needed to reach the final diagnosis?

2- discuss principle and diagnostic significance of the following lab. tests:

a- reticulocytic count
b- antiglobulin test

3- how to investigate a case of thrombocytopenia in the neonatal period

4- clinical and lab assessment of conginital spherocytosis with evaluation of the lab tests used.

5- causes of difficult cross matching in blood transifusion and how to solve these difficulties?
